Dr. Carmichael is an Electrodiagnostic physician.  

 

He studied nerve testing at Mayo Clinic from 1996 to 2000 and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation .
 

He graduated from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis in 1996. He has practiced in central Illinois since 2000.
